Wont connect to WiFi

This laptop wont connect to open wifi networks more than half the time. I've taken it in to see if it needs driver uodates or if something is wrong with the hardware and they just always tell me theres nothing wrong. ive looked up fixed and aparently this is a common problem but none of them have worked. Will never buy again.

Good Product, Terrible Service

The laptop was great for all of five months before, out of nowhere, the hinge broke. It cracked my screen. The other hinge broke not a month later so I couldn’t open and close my laptop, which is why I got it in the first place to draw. Tried to file for a repair multiple times but they never told me what to do. Finally escalated it and they told me it’s not covered in their warranty. Find something else. Lenovo service is horrid.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is quite large, which does not make it very easy to use in tablet mode like you would something like an ipad. This is the only downfall for me. Love the versatility of this laptop. So far, its processing runs smoothly. Love the number pad on the side of the keyboard. Images are crisp. Overall pleased by this purchase!
