I went to this because of the big screen , my Mac was just to small to see. It is a great computer in this price range. The only con is it is a little heavy but it is a 15 in computer , so to be expected.

I like the weight of this laptop, its fast response, and its touchscreen. Now I can go anywhere in my house and use it without the cumbersome size and weight of my old computer. That evening he said go to this website n look at this product n tell me what u think. I said whoa this is not an HP n I have never heard of this brand can I do the same things on it? What is this, he said auntie u r gonna love it n it has everything u wanted n more! I said well ok I’m gonna trust u cause I asked u…First the delivery service was right on point because I needed it before I left to have surgery. Second it’s lightweight n it’s beautiful! Touchscreen, the color, the ports, the specs on it, the apps that came with it n the easy installation - oh my goodness! I love this laptop n to my nephew - Dude u did good!

I don't care for a lot of the pre-installed software, but that was expected and a minor complaint. It also has fewer ports than I'd ideally want (2 USB A, 2 USB C/Thunderbolt).
