[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to love this laptop but I had to run through hoops to optimize performance, lose appearance, and it still hangs in ways that are confusing. Is it because of the 12mg memory? I would love someone to explain this to me so I don’t have to return it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would actually give 4.5 stars, but it doesn't allow. Love this laptop, it's working great so far. Glad to have the larger size again (15" i/o 14"), which allows for the number pad at right instead of just across the top. I connect it to two monitors to work at home, the additional access is very helpful.
My only downside is not having automatic backlit; it's always annoying to have to fn and space to get it - especially in the dark!
