I ordered Microsoft office as well and the computer arrived with it fuy installed and ready to work immediately. Great product, great service.

Excellent keyboard feel - I can even use the track pad (which I normally turn off immediately in favor of a mouse). Op system runs well once you update all the drivers. Only complaint is the screen/resolution, just not a great quality picture. If they upped the specs this would be a GREAT machine.
