New laptop USB Surge issues

I bought the laptop just over a month ago. Now I keep getting pop up messages Saying there are surges at the USB ports. No usb's in any ports and the error messages continuously pop up. Have to send the machine into there repair center (10 to 15 business days once they receive it) and its basically brand new. Would have appreciated a complete exchange for a new one as this should now happen within a month of use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Taking a little getting use to since my old computer is a 17" laptop and this is a 15". Also need to adjust to a touch screen. Really like the tablet mode, even though it is a little heavy.
But now I have a battery problem. It won't charge above 59%. I haven't contacted support yet. Otherwise I most likely would have given it 5 stars.
