The color is terrible, the speckles make it look dirty even out of the box. The track pad is terrible and gives out often and is unreliable. Other than that it seems like a decent computer.

Very disappointed this computer does not have a back lighted keyboard. I have purchased many HP computers and they all have a back lighted keyboard.

I like the laptop just disappointed I could not sign in with my email and password.
I tried to change my password and you won't let me.
So now I have to ask you for a code, go to my email on my phone to receive code, then come back to my laptop to sign in. It's very frustrating.
