The keyboard being offset from the mouse pad is a bit uncomfortable. Sometimes the computer will not wake up from sleep mode.

This laptop isn’t even a year old and yet I’m having constant issues with it , from the mouse constantly disconnecting to now all of a sudden the blue screen of death. HP has gone downhill so bad I will never buy another product from them
We bought this laptop to replace the one my wife had used for 4 or 5 years. She just does web browsing and email and this new HP is more than up to it. I'm continually impressed at how much performance you get for such a low price these days. The only upgrade we went for was the touch screen.
This laptop is very quick, which it should be, the screen is very nice quality - I got the “default” IPS 1080p. The only drawback is the loud fan. In an office environment you probably will not notice much, but working at home or in any quiet environment, it is distracting. But, you can always pop on the headphones, crank the tunes and not worry about it.
I have had this laptop about a month. It works fine. The only issue I am having is with Zoom when I try to blur or add a background it does not work. Not sure if this is something with the camera or the fact it is a new camera.
Standard laptop with a nice size screen. It works and processes fairly quickly. I am happy I got it. No bells and whistles but it's nice. I did not like when setting up my computer the required Microsoft 365 email needed to move forward. This should have been optional and a way to skip this step and not be forced to use it or create an account.
