After talking to Microsoft and feeling it was a scam too, i called HP. I was happy for their help.

When i use this laptop, it feels very cheap and not comfortable to use. Also, The keyboard is very bad.

You know what? I am on my old 13yo laptop now, because I cannot access new one. It ws late few nights ago, guess I forgot my password, or maybe pin? I reset password, was sent TWO codes, get them on this old laptop, a HP. Had to do that because this new one timed out before a minute. Got password reset, cant get on, incorrect PIN. So really close to returning it, old one is not too slow, I am using it now. I am Sixty five, not a whiz, but not stupid. So think I can get a refund if i do send it back. Did just get it up the other night, got past the Microsoft edge to download Google Chrome I think. Anyway, that's my experience right now.

Computer would find the WIFI but would not connect. Tech support online could not fix the issue so we had to return it.
