My new laptop seems to be user friendly. However, there seems to be a problem with my computer waking up from sleep mode. II often have to power down and power back up to exit sleep mode. Windows 11 makes it less user friendly than my old Windows 7. Windows 11 does not like my older version of Microsoft Office. I suppose that is intentional to force me to use the newer more costly Office 365. Windows 11 also does not like my older Epson NX420 scanner feature. Most of the problems I have experienced seem to be with the operating system more so than with the computer.

I haven't had it long enough to give an in depth review. I will say that there seems to be a lot of bloat-ware on board sucking up memory. It's not hp's fault that Windows 11 is so different, it seems like we are starting over; yuck.
