Don't waste your money!

This worked (barely ... with a screen that flashes) for 1 year. Now the camera will not connect to the parent monitor despite full wifi and close proximity to our internet router. We are so frustrated that we spent so much money on this to not have it work reliably and cannot get an answer from their support team on how to troubleshoot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible company

Monitor already barely kept a charge and then one day it just wouldn't charge at all. Was still under warranty so I got in contact with Hubble who said they would send me a new monitor. Weeks and weeks went by and nothing, and Hubble proceeded to ignore all my emails (they don't have a phone number to call) when I tried to get an update. AVOID.

Had this monitor for almost 2 years now and looking at getting another for our next baby. Great picture quality in daytime and night modes. Range is pretty good, can work in the backyard while toddler naps. Has lots of neat features (ambient lighting, plays music, little picture stories can play on the monitor screen). We’ve travelled with us and connects easily in new locations. Thankfully haven’t had any issues so far.

Love hubble

Love that I can connect this to my phone, and love that night light and all the choices it has for soothing music and story books to read. Also love that it has games for my little girl to play and learn with. Only thing I don’t like is that the camera doesn’t move to scan the room unlike my last Hubble camera

Only buy with protection plan

If you buy this make sure you get a protection plan. When it works, it’s great, but a big gamble on IF you’ll get a working device.
We had one of these that worked and loved it. The volume buttons, phone and monitor, led lights, crib pole, easy to take camera out to travel.
But when it broke after 1 year, we got a replacement with protection plan, then we couldn’t even set it up cause the camera would not pair. Returning it and will not get another.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

battery life sucks on the handheld monitor. the monitors are CONSTANTLY GOING OFFLINE. DO NOT BUY UNSAFE AND NOT RELIABLE.

Great for travel

A great monitor for home and travel. We had a wifi only monitor and needed something with a parent unit when we traveled and couldn’t connect to wifi. I love how easy it is to set up and the picture is very clear even at night. We did have an issue with the camera not connecting to the parent unit but Hubble sent us a new one!
Happy with our purchase.

Baby Monitor

Love this baby monitor. As a first time mom it made life easy in the beggining, family could join in to watch my baby while I had a quick shower. Now as my baby is older she knows to babble and look up, quality is pretty good- better on a cell phone than the tablet.
