Works for about a month then absolute trash

Bought this because I wanted a monitor that could be used at home and whenever we stay elsewhere (such as grandparents, cottage, travel etc) At first it worked great both the app on my phone and the hand held monitor. The handheld monitor no longer will connect despite trouble shooting with Hubble and the app will only work when I re-add the camera (even then it’ll only work for a few days before it says it’s offline and won’t connect again). Contacted Hubble and they were useless. I regret buying this monitor as I will now need to find another option. DO NOT BUY!!!

Trash don't buy it (touch screen and, doesn't work

I bought two of those, one for me and one for my sister.
This product is not at all reliable, here is why:
1) Touch screen doesn't work properly;
2) When you turn off the screen it doesn't pair unless you turn off and on the camera, causing to beep, at this point your baby is awake;
3) Temperature is always 10 degrees celsius higher than the actual temperature;
4) Basic things in the app are not free;

I bought this before my baby was born, then on the day that I went to use it, it didn't work it all. This baby monitor is not even cheap to cut the brand some slack.

Dont buy, difficult to pair, unreliable connection, temperature reading doesnt work right. Stay clear, Best buy return policy also failed us on this poorly made junk

TERRIBLE QUALITY EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Purchased this unit even with the high price tag after reading all the positive reviews. They must be filtering out all the poor reviews because this unit is absolutely garbage I can’t believe Best Buy even sells it. Used it for two months before the monitor quit working completely. We have been dealing with Hubble for the last 3 weeks trying to get it replaced with warranty. It’s been three weeks of them not replying to emails, promising a date the new monitor would be shipped, and giving us new excuses as to why it hasn’t been shipped yet. WORST customer service I have ever experienced and now we are stuck with no monitor for our newborn, and short nearly $400. Disgraceful company and product.

Great video baby monitor

It has cool video WiFi option that provides an above-crib viewpoint and has more baby-centric features than other contenders out there. It is easy to set up and use. The video quality is extremely good. I love the temperature sensors, motion detection, 2-way communication, nightlight with different ambient lights, lullabies, nature sounds, bedtime stories and sound activation. The intuitive user interface and the full-crib downward viewing vantage point is awesome. It also has sleep training on the app for baby. The infra red light detector clicks on to adjust to lighting in the dark or during the day which is very clear. I will recommend this monitor to anyone having a baby

I bought this brand as a baby gift. One of the two cameras didn’t turn on
After a lot of back and forth I proved through video that it was a dud. They send a second dud.
Meanwhile the baby is not In the crib

I like the fact that you can use the parent unit without wifi and your Hubble app with your phone if you are away from home. I travel a lot and I like to see my baby sleeping :)

Hasn’t worked properly since day one. We didn’t use it right away so instead of just returning it, we have been working with their customer support team. The process has been long and tedious - especially with a newborn… seriously, two cups connected with string would be more effective
