DO NOT BUY!!

Initially loved the clear image, but then the signal/picture would drop frequently, the battery would die quickly, & you can't set it to notify the parent monitor only when the baby cries (unlike Vtech monitors). You can only turn the volume up/down.
Then the camera stopped working, and I have been promised a replacement camera under warrenty but have yet to receive it after over a month.
You can also connect up to 4 cameras to the parent unit, but good luck getting one - that wait's been over 6 months!! Do not purchase and instead get a Vtech monitor.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy unless prepared to buy another

Our parental unit failed to boot up after 5 mo. The warranty team confirmed it was a product issue, it has been 2+ months without a replacement. We now have to buy a different monitor because the app alternative is subpar (I am a software engineer, and there are some poor UI decisions and potential safety issues when using the app vs the parental unit. From our perspective it is now a degraded product experience).
We were happy enough when the parental unit was working, probably a 4-star product, but their failure to warranty the product left us without peace of mind for our little one.
1 Star because we now have to buy another product. They are failing to replace or refund us since it didn't fail in the first 14-30 days...

Camera will not connect

This monitor worked fine for about 2 months until the camera would no longer connect to the handheld unit. The smartphone connect through wifi never worked. Hubble as a company has very poor customer service and still has not fulfilled their warranty promise 6 months later. Would not recommend buying their products.

If I could rate this hunk 0/5 I would. It’s the absolute worst monitor. Always disconnects from the wifi, sound barely works and the app doesn’t work. DO NOT BUY

Warning. Do not Buy.

This manufacturer has failed to warranty our parent unit for the last 5 months. If you look at every review since July other than the paid ones this is also the case, and paid reviews appear to be popping up to save the rating.
Our unit broke 5 months after purchase, Bestbuy will do nothing past 30 days but continues to sell this item claiming a 1-year warranty even though there are several cases in the reviews where this is false.
The manufacturer did send us a replacement unit after 3 escalations and 4 months. However, this was a broken unit too, I believe was RMA'd by another customer. It immediately died when unplugged, but even worse already had a camera synced to the unit upon arrival. Imagine the privacy laws that would be broken if the camera were still in use!
There is no accountability for this manufacturer nor Bestbuy, they've both lost a family of customers from this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We thought this would be a good monitor, spent a lot of money on it and it's never worked. It always says there is no camera connected, it won't pair. This product is a waste of money.

I have had this product for just over a year and have been trying to reach out for support on issues that have not been resolved since November of last year. Now I am beyond the one year warranty and hubble will not replace, even though these issues began way before. Also, their customer service is through email only which takes them up to a week to respond even if you have an open ticket.
The issues include:
Temperature on monitor is consistently 10 degrees higher than the actual temperature of room
Monitor gives a buzzing noise when on
Night vision often fails and won't reset for days
The sound increases for 5 seconds when my baby makes a sound so it's as if volume control is malfunctioning
Video stream flickers so it sends a motion detection notification to my phone - on bad days I get notifications every 1-3 minutes even if crib is empty
Also, please note: when I bought this a year ago, it was $100 cheaper. Do not waste your money on this thinking it's better quality because it's more expensive.
