Like the Ink! Not crazy about the overall function

Like the Ink, dislike the gymnastics one has to go through to scan..and it's slower than I imagined, scan does not display a preview, you can print from...you can't control all functions from computer, have to get up and use machine display.

ADF broken

ADF is broken, and it also doesn't detect my computer from the printer menu screen. I have to return the item. So disappointed.

Very happy

My previous experience with printers was mostly limited to assorted HP All-In-One type printers. I had a lot of problems so decided to switch brands and go for the more expensive printer. I'm very happy I did! First this printer was easy to set up and I'm average in tech-savviness. I LOVE the ink tanks! I have printed quite a few things now in two weeks and not noticed the level of the ink going down. No more pricey ink cartridges and no more recycling of them! The print quality is good. Here are the pros and cons I found: PROS-large ink tanks, all-in-one features such as scanning, photo printing, color printing, etc., easy set-up and pairs well with my other equipment, small and compact, double-sided printing CONS - a little more expensive, a tad bit noisier when printing, could printprint a little faster. Simply put, I'm quite happy with this printer and hope it gives me trouble-free printing for a few years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bit disappointed

I like the refillable tanks and the cost of operation. However, I am disappointed in the functionality of the all-in-one ET-3760. The scanning is very slow and the number of pages is limited in the automatic feeder. I get repeated notices of a paper jam, even when none exists. The controls are not intuitive and repetitive. Finally, I had to scan a document and used an old HP all-in-one so I could load the pages and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time

Horrible

I have owned several all in ones before and this is the most expensive and the worst quality on any of the previous ones. Copies are mediocure at best and the scan quality is awful It will not scan a black and white photograph that is acceptable

Totally dependent on WIFI

Excellent machine, great Customer service but I WOULD NOT buy again because it is totally dependent on WIFI. Any glitch in WIFI, router, etc. and it is essentially useless. At the very least it should have some way to connect directly to computer and/or thumb drive for emergencies.

Poor scan feature and poor management software

I purchase printer to save on ink and that cool , but for a $350 + all in one printer the ADF will not scan two side papers. Even the cheap HP with ADF does that. and the Management software is very limited .

Feature packed in a small compact shape, voice activated!

Absolutely love this printer! It’s quite small and compact and fits well on my office desk. I’ve had dozens of professional grade printers in the past, but all of them were cartridge based. I print a lot of reports throughout the day, so I go through a lot of ink cartridges. Just to save some money, I’ve tried to use generic cheap inks but that’s a big mistake since it clogs up your printer head right away. Using genuine ink cartridges can be very costly same as laser toners. This is the perfect solution for my needs both professionally and for home use with my kids. I don’t ever have to worry about running out of ink and not having the right color cartridge anymore. More of the pros and cons:
PROS:
-easy wifi printing from anywhere in my house including smartphones – favorite feature!
-compact size, reduces clutter for my work desk
-nice colorful touchscreen display that’s very responsive and easy to setup
-fairly quick automatic 2 sided printing and pretty fast multi-page printing considering how nice the print quality is
-pretty cool Voice activated printing that works with my Alexa system (haven’t set it up nor used it, but my entire house is Smart enabled connected to Alexa)
-easy wifi printing from anywhere in my house including smartphones – favorite feature!
-compact size, reduces clutter for my work desk

All in all, it’s a great buy for all the features it comes with. It saves a lot of money with ink bottles vs ink cartridges that never really get completely empty. It’s a professional grade printer that can be used at the household without worrying about running out of ink, very well worth it.
I would recommend this to a friend!
