Awesome Concept, Poor results!

Constant issues with printing errors. If the printer runs out of paper and you put more paper in, it says it's still out of paper. Other times, it has issues with the wifi and it won't print through the wifi. When you reboot the computer, all of a sudden everything you had tried to print previously but had canceled due to the errors starts printing meaning wasted paper and ink.
There is also issues trying to get it to scan to a connected computer at time either through wifi or hard line connection.
Sometimes it works for a month or so and then it glitches again.
While the refillable ink tanks are super easy to refill and the ink last a while. It is not worth all the extra headaches.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok printer

Seems to print okay but nothing great about this model. Doesn’t compare to my epson wf 7120 that suddenly died. I tried to find a repair location but have been unsuccessful. I’m disappointed with ET 3760. For the hefty price there isn’t a touch screen and no wide format. Arrowing right, left, up and down and using the ok button is really annoying. Set up was difficult and have yet to get the scanning feature to work right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great ink, ok quality

This printer is good if you print a LOT, since the ink is so much cheaper. However, the colors are not nearly as vibrant compared to HP inkjets. So I wouldn't buy this printer if you're trying to print high-quality post cards, invitations, pictures, things like that. It will get the job done but like I said, the colors are more faded looking. Also, it is very loud when it prints and it shakes my whole desk. It does wifi printing and I was able to print something from my phone straight to the printer which is nice. When I print from my MacBook, this printer only connects when it wants to. Sometimes I have to reconnect the printer to the Wifi because it says it's connected, but it won't print. & this is after making sure that my laptop & this printer are both on the same wifi. I gave it a 4 because of the ink. I like that you pour the ink into the built-in cartridges, and it's so much cheaper. HP inkjet ink can be so messy and ridiculously expensive, up to 20 cents per page. Last thing, for those who are wondering if this printer will work for making T shirts, the ink for this printer does NOT work on heat transfer paper. I made a shirt and the image peeled off after the first wash. You need an HP inkjet for heat transfer paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WILL NOT SCAN through the multipage feeder, Not One Page.

Will only scan one page at a time, by laying it on the glass! Feeder does not feed, worst scanner made.

Scanner doesn't work, unless you buy another program

Very frustrating, just set this up to work from home. I only use scanner on occasion, but it will not work unless you buy a program for $9.99 per month..

Sets up and then works effortlessly.
Great-looking print-outs
Refill the ink tanks once every year or two!
Scans directly to your Dropbox
Can be set to operate quietly
Excellent queue management and maintenance user interface
Multi-sheet copier and scanner works every time.
Fairly priced for the performance and features. (Until you factor in the cost of the cartridges you won't be buying. Then it's crazy-inexpensive!)
Does not make cappuccinos. Everything else - YES.

BTW this model does not have a Fax feature. Scanner set up in windows 10 is an issue

Spent 2.5 hours with a very nice customer support rep but nothing would stop the printer from looping into printing blank pages. Sadly had to return the printer.
