It stopped working on me...

All of a sudden it stopped reading sim and WiFi won't connect.

Disappointed in NOKIA

Speaker is weak
Phone locks up 2 or three times a day and has to be restarted
Won't process the update to supposedly fix the problem
Google Assist button is badly placed and gets tripped constantly
Really hate this is a lemon, always had good luck with NOKIA in the past

Great Phone

This is an economical phone with good performance and features. Battery life and cell reception is good and the only issue which seems common across all the phones I have used over the years is when talking with someone the volume could be louder. Calling on speaker phone is very loud but the actual ear piece doesn't get loud enough for me. I have used Apple, Samsung, Motorola and all seem about the same so maybe it's more about my hearing vs the actual phone.
I have been purchasing a different brand for the past 10 years and this phone is by far one of the best that I have owned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Text messaging takes a break for about 24 hrs every week at a random time. Very frustrating.

It's not great

I jumped from Motorola phones to the Nokia G50, so I understand what I should expect for a phone at this price point. Have to reboot it a lot and phone quality is fair. Like that it is Android one, the main reason for not sticking with Moto phones. The other reason is, I hope the G50 is rugged, which it seems to be ok. So I can say that it gets the job done, just barely. Interestingly, the Nokia camera app is no longer compatible with this phone. That's nuts to me. Pass it for something else unless you just want a phone.
