Nokia is known for the superior quality and this one does not disappoint. I love the dual sim function. You can have 2 sim cards or 1 sim card and 1 micro sd card. The only thing I would change is I would make it 2 sim cards and 1 micro card like the previous models, like the 7.2. I love this phone!

I was really looking forward to my new Nokia I love the idea of no extra apps, its 2 Sim cards for travel, using Google photos to save space, the FM radio feature, the rugged look, the blue color, the lanyard slot, the camera, the OS and the fact that it was Finland's Nokia; my first cellphone brand in the 90's. So sad it failed after almost 2 weeks. It would not start. I was really looking forward to my new Nokia XR20. Even ordered an original vintage Nokia phone carry leather strap online! I had used it the night before trying to fix backup issues with Google Drive. I was surprised it got fried, but blessed I guess; the 15-day return warranty ended the next day. Might get one in the future if that issue gets fixed. An awesome phone otherwise.

I love the no-nonsense version of Android (the splash screen when turning the phone on says AndroidOne, but it's not advertised as such nor listed on the AndroidOne model list), the rugged form factor (especially the lightly textured back and metallic side plates), and I'm really growing to like the fingerprint reader built in to the power button! After a couple of weeks of use, drawbacks for me are the Google Assistant button (I just wish I could reprogram it, or at least add an additional function when held down. It's the easiest button to accidentally press, by far), the screen auto-brightness gets confused in low light (I'm hopeful this one can be fixed with an update), and the screen size is just a quarter- to a half-inch too large for my preference, but that's the way phones are going these days. The phone has some heft and a bit of a black border around the screen (price of ruggedness, I suppose - I personally like the black border). Great speeds on T-Mobile, plenty of storage space, NFC, good camera, good wireless charging - overall I am looking forward to using this phone for years to come.

Watch out for the Red Button

My son bought me the Nokia phone because it was noted as the best protected phone in case a person dropped it. So I started using it as I always do putting it in my pocket, not knowing that the top red button calls 911. So far I've called 911 four times by accident. My son has now reprogrammed the red button to turn on the flashlight instead of calling 911.

Good phone spoiled by a button for ok Google on side, google maps freezing phone, interaction with Spotify that cant seem to disable. I understand google wanting to make a phone nice and safe for driving, but created a big steaming mess in exchange. Some of us still us a phone for calls, maps, emails, photos, run businesses from, everytime a layer of complication comes out, you can turn some stuff off, then you have to take some rubbish in settings to get something you really need. Wish phone engineers would spend more time on giving us the tools to turn off stuff, for example woke up this morning and my phone was doing cc subtitles on a video automatically, if I want I I should be able to turn it on, not have something forced on me then have to turn it off.
Google services putting the phone in do not disturb in driving mode is the biggest pain in the but, sorted now, but why should i.
Nokia you sold your sole on this phone

Large memory, good battery and solid frame and screen make a perfect combination for a phone that is all the time with you, both when working and on your free time. No need for extra protection cover makes it quite slim and quickly ready for any tasks. I like the color too.

This has been the best phone I've owned so far. Had an LG V40 ThinQ before and that was great, but this Nokia XR20 takes the cake. No unnecessary stuff. Just a pure Google Android experience. Can't wait for the next generation with new camera and capabilities. Will keep this phone regardless, free updates for another year or so at least :)
