Really solid phone. I'm tired of the planned obsolescence that comes with iphones. They're made for 1-2 years with a screen that cracks easily and a battery that lasts 12-18 months. The XR20 is solid. You don't need a case, the screen might be bullet proof, and the Zeiss camera is quite nice! Overall I'm happy with my phone. May it last 4-6 years!

i like it so far but hoping Nokia work with Xfinity Mobile in the future. i have to switch to T-Mobile but the signal and internet too weak

I like the fact that if this phone falls out my pocket it won't break! The louder volume capability is also helpful as I am often outside in noisy conditions. Everything else about the phone has been working great!

My Wife and both switched from our iPhone 6's that are now obsolete and unsupported and we love the new NOKIA XR20. It has DUO (like facetime), can do group texts (adjustments in settings) and so far all of our apps except 1 have transferred over. Learning the Android software has honestly been a fun challenge, but not difficult. It is a BIG phone. Approx same size as iPhone 6 Plus and much bigger than our old phones. Seems sturdy. We were able to find shock proof cases (although limited selection due to phone being so new). The Gorilla Corning glass has a nice clear view, touchscreen has been sensitive and nice to work with. There is a setting to increase sensitivity for wet fingers or gloves. So far a few weeks in and we are very happy with our purchase. Nokia did very well on this product!

Over all, I love the phone based on the material and the style. I mainly use the phone for communication that is saying talking, texting and browsing the internet. No game played in the phone. However, there is one particular thing that really bothers me is the button locates in the left side of the phone where my left thumb quite accidentally touches at it and turns on the assistant being shown in the screen. I would rather this button moves upward a little bit so that my left thumb doesn't press on it every time turning on the phone. Another thing is the font size seen in the message become large all in the sudden and I can't figure out how to change it back to normal size by gone through all means in the setting.

Great rugged phone but needs some Improvements

Great phone looks and feels good. It is lighter than the Galaxy XCover Pro and unlike the Xcover, you cannot replace the battery.
Ok size not too cumbersome to hold and keys are responsive. Personally prefer the side fingerprint sensor.
You cannot have two sim cards and an SD card at the same time. Need to address this and add another slot.
One thing, I have noted is sometimes callers can't hear me though I can hear them clearly. Seems intermittent with no particular pattern not sure the cause as the phone is less than a month old and lightly used.
Screen does feel 'cheap' but I guess that what makes it unbreakable.
