Good phone

This is a good phone. The only take away so far is that it does not have the on screen navigation buttons. I recently bought a tablet which gave you the option to use one screen navigation buttons or swiping the the screen. Nokia needs to update the software to add this option to the phone. I have accidentally closed screens scrolling them to the left because of the swiping motion otherwise I would have gave the phone a 4-5 rating

Android One is great. The only thing I would recommend is a Nokia Launcher and the ability to copy your old ring tones from the old phone.

I bought this a few months back to upgrade from Nokia 6 and I am very happy with my purchase. Nokia is great as always. Nokia has been my choice for the past 30 odd years.

I purchased the Nokia XR20 a few weeks ago to take on a trip to Germany and Austria. The camera, although set on "Photo" has movement in the pictures taken and even background noises . I had to delete most of the pictures because they were completely unusable. I'll try to return the phone for a refund.

Call quality and durability is good but they forgot to work on camera . Especially Front camera is horrible just do minimum at high price tag.

I haven't fully tested it's features but so far so good. The cameras are working well for me, it's survived a couple backpacking trips and kayaking trips. I love that it's rough and tough and hard to bluff which means it survives my life without a case (my old phone wore a case to death and I was concerned it wouldn't keep it adequately safe). I really appreciate the water, dust, and shock ratings, they are quite reassuring. The screen and sound have had pleasant quality. The speed and ease of bluetooth connection and storage space is awesome (compared to my old Moto G6).
Absolutely would recommend this phone to people like me who spend significant time in the wilds of the world, or tame bays and gentle forests, rain and shine and more.

Tough phone, but after a few months not as happy:(

After a few months of using....there definitely reception issues, sometimes people can't hear me speak but I hear them fine. Sometimes I don't get texts and have to reset the phone. If you are using Google maps it can't handle switching apps or checking an email. I really wanted to love this phone and wanted it to be an iphone killer, but this one did not make the cut. I'm still a Nokia fan, but it needs work.
