It's ok

Previous Nokia phones have never let me down. The XR20 restarts randomly, is not as user friendly and is heavy and klunky. The Google button is annoying. Generally just pretty meh. Sturdy though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Some time get stuck on an apication, some times get freeze. You need to work more to make Nokia great againg.

XR20... A Real Jewel!

The Nokia RX20 is by far the best smartphone I bought the last decade.
My son recently bought a cell Phone from an other branch and regrets he didn't buy the same one like me.

Love my phone.. except for one thing

I purchased my phone right before a big family vacation and loved that I didn't have to be extra careful not to drop my new phone. I have loved everything about it, except the emergency call feature (that I can't find a way to turn off). I have unintentionally called emergency services in several states now and it is very embarrassing to have to apologize over again and tell them I did not intend to call.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Phone Great Photos

I have had this for about 10 months. The only issue I have is the button to open the screen opens the camera half the time. It can be annoying. But I love the phone!

Day and a half battery, dropped thousands of times, comfortable in my
(admittedly large) hand. Found a lanyard from a different device, so no problems. Great screen, fantastic battery super happy.

SOFTWARE AND CAMERA PROBLEMS

Hi Team
Some time ago, I asked for help with the camera. The second flash does not work with the camera.
Also, the camera was not good at all. Some photos were taken with flash in the dark and the quality was very poor. I did all the procedures I got from your tech assistance, but no one of them helped at all.
Recently I was playing music with the audio player in the FILES app, and suddenly it stops working and exits with no warning at all. I need to re open the app again and again.
I am a Nokia fan since I got my first phone from you in the 2002 year. It was great for that time. Then I bought a Nokia N900: my best phone ever.
I was attracted for this Nokia's XR20 characteristics and heavy resistance. The phone phisically is good, but the software is not fair.
Plase take some corrections of this or let me know how can I solve this issues.

Best phone I ever had!

Solid build, very durable, great camera. It has a nice grippy feel to it. I love that I don't have to have a case on it. Best Nokia ever, and I should know; I've been using Nokia since my first phone ever, the Nokia 918, back in 1998. Thank you!!!
