I bought this XR20 mostly because of its ruggedness and the fact it has such a long timeframe for OS and Security updates. This phone has not disappointed.

Love my XR20. Study phone. Great features. Love the dual SIM, great for traveling when you need an separate in-country data plan.

Been using the XR20 for 6 months. I am a heavy photo user, including on-phone editing, and the phone works great and photos are fabulous. The OS is rock-solid and bug-free. This phone is the best and most powerful and reliable I've ever had. I haven't tested it's spill-resistence yet, and hope I don't need it, but it's really reassuring to know that the phone can handle a little "swim." I highly recommend the XR20!

Not all options working well

Google won't work by saying hey Google.
You need to push the button on the side for google assistant, which isn't right.
The camera is not as good as my old phone.
It feels really solid and I feel confident that if I dropped it, it would be okay.
Phone system speed is good.
Battery life is great.

Durable

The device is so durable that I don't worry about having it in the pool , at the gym .. or even on the road ... Even though it's not the best under the rain as the drops make the apps open and close randomly

Survived a beating for 10 months in a hot environ

Survive 10 months in a deployed environment in the middle of the desert. Took a beating and held up reasonably well. Only a few scratches on the screen. Within a week of being back home the charging port starts failing. The indicator would trigger but it would not actually charge unless the power was turned off. Tried multiple bricks and multiple cables with no additional success. Seems like a good product I probably just got a lemon.
