Beautiful and robust design, excellent usability. For me, dual SIM is a great plus.

I really love this phone!

At first I thought it was very big and very heavy, but I quickly became accustomed to that. I had to learn some navigational things and shortcuts on it as they were very different from my Samsung overall, I really like the phone. I've had it for almost a year and it looks brand new, no problems at all. The T Mobile tech that helped me with my new plan thought it was cool.

Seems like a solid device. Thank you Nokia for making a modern phone with dual sim + headphone port! Plus FM radio! Wow! That said I don't love the fingerprint scanner on the side, it's way too sensitive. However, I am learning to work around it. Phone is on the larger size. They should offer a similar model but smaller size.

Sturdy but sometimes just takes time to open apps

I liked the phone at first everything seemed to work perfectly AND I LOVED IT...but now it seems to "stall" when opening messages or apps (i.e. Outlook, Ring, Nest a few others as well). I'll click on the icon and the apps will start to open then it stalls and I have to wait. I even get close or wait suggestions. I've never had that happen with my other recent phones.

Won't work with US mobile services
on September 2, 2022

This has been reported several times US based mobile service providers require mobile device manufacturers to get their devices certified with them and Nokia or HMD Global do not seem interested in doing this. So I have three 5G nokia devices that I can't use
