Pretty Good phone, sometimes the "the phone connections" are not as good as I wished it was others have no problem with there iPhone.

I love the durability of the phone. The ability to have a phone and not worry if your gonna break it and not have to treat it like an egg is amazing. Makes me feel the same way when we had the original nokias with snake. (I wish Nokias still came with Snake) I wish the camera quality was a little better....This phone with a better camera and possibly a faster chip would be an iPhone killer!

Recently purchased (June 2022), so experience in use is limited. Once the unlocked phone was set up (AT&T) it works great. The negatives are: 1. Too easy to accidentally turn it on. @. poorly written user manual; it needs more detail included.

So far so good
It feels solid enough but time will tell
I'm not a heavy app user but so far my experience with the speed and reliability the XR20 is top notch!
The battery life is a bit less than I expected
It's a physically big device
I intend to use the XR20 for at least 4 years because that is how long I used my Nokia 6 before battery life became an issue

It feels very solid and tough while maintaining a neat finish
The textured body makes it feel more user friendly and comfortable to hold besides that improves the grip significantly
The fingerprint sensor is the best I've ever used because it is so sensitive even when wet
The same goes for the touch screen even with a screen protector it is easy to control even when my fingers are wet.
The physical size is something to get used to but I'm super happy with my purchase and there is no alternative phone on the market with the reliability of a nokia
