Excellent, sturdy and feels good to the touch

Loving it so far. Already dropped it three times (on carpeted floor) and not a single scratch. Very responsive to what I need, and the battery life is amazing. In my usage, the battery is about 20% in the 48 hr. mark.

This is my first Nokia since the 1990s. Back then, phones where built to last. Over the years I've owned Motorolas and HTCs. As the years have gone on I've become more and more disappointed in the newer phones build quality and lack of updates. Oh, and did I mention their cost? So, I'm really excited about my new phone. I believe this one is built to last. Thanks Nokia...Glad to see you are back! Oh, I guess I should have mentioned. It functions well and feels solid and great when I grip it.

Very dissatisfied

The camera quality pictures are very poor
The battery life is horrible , doesn't even last a full day
The typing screen does include the numbers separate without going to a different screen
The supposedly virus safe is non-existent
My wife and I each bought one, she quit using hers and bought a different brand in less than 6 months.
I still use mine but very dissatisfied with it.
And the sound volume for music is horrible

Very nice and upgraded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The features on smart phones are constantly upgrading to do just about anything you need them to do. My favorite things about this phone is the camera, the photos that this phone captures are like a professional camera. The speed is fast, and the phone is extremely upgraded and perfect. I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I went from a very outdated phone to the Nokia xr20. First setting up was a little difficult. To actually get into the phone there is an upgrade in software. Which is the norm. But I had to try doing this update 4 times in a course of 3 days. before it finay let me get through. It kept failing to try again later. Even after resetting and starting over it. Once I got I its gone much smoother! The size is great. The screen is very clear and looks great. I love the 8mp camera and the 6gb ram. It's a deep cool blue and fits me perfect.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am loving this Nokia XR20, it is rugged and durable while still being very stylish. It was so easy to set up and transfer all of my information from my old phone. I really like the camera, it is very crisp and takes awesome photos. The use of the phone itself, is very easy, I tend to be technologically challenged, and I do not have any problems using this phone at all. I am extremely pleased.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this Nokia XR20 about 2 weeks ago, and this smart phone is absolutely amazing. The cell service is excellent on this Nokia XR20 the voice is so clear and the phone is super fast online. The camera is absolutely amazing even though I'm still learning everything this Nokia can do. Would recommend this to anyone wanting a nice android phone.
