Very pleased with the build quality of the XR20.Solid, great screen, fast, all the ports one wants. Disabled the Google assistant button as I don't use that feature. Yes, it is a large phone, but actually a nice size considering it's so robust. Pictures are nice and clear, though the wide angle shows a lot of distortion if buildings are in the pic.

As one might expect of a phone of this caliber, it's heavy - balancing it on your pinky is almost guaranteed to get tiresome - but the textured back means it's viable to actually grip the phone and rest it on your palm instead. The customizable button is a nice touch, but the Google Assistant button is utterly useless for those not ingrained in the Alphabet universe. Battery can last four days on idle with minimal use but everyday settings for connectivity. Camera is high quality, but I'd recommend turning off HDR; also, the protrusion gives way to worry about damaging the enclosure. Thumbprint/power button is overly sensitive. Screen clarity and brightness is superb, and the large size benefits visibility. Audio quality is great - no issues regarding muted mic/speaker. Android Auto runs smooth, as does Work Profile. A number of problems were encountered trying to update - take out your SIM.
