[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm so happy with the Nokia XR20, it's the best phone I've ever used! love the big screen and it's very user friendly, it has a side button to bring up your assistant which is voice command. I'm outdoors a lot but the XR20 comes with military-grade toughness with a strong casing all around and capable of taking drops from about 5 feet, water immersions, and dust. plus I have kids so my phone takes a beating! lol it also has an amazing camera that takes stunning pictures and video! I'll be using this phone for a long time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a good looking yet rugged and durable phone. I have a habit of dropping phones and have broken a nubmer of phone screens but have been impressed with how well this phone holds up when dropped. I also appreciate that the phone is durable yet doesnt look like a brick. In regards to functionality the phone has a long battery life and lots of storage space. The photo quality is ok but not great. I have found that the screen brightness randomly becomes dark despite turning off the auto feature and the brightness not having been adjusted. I have also experienced on numerous occassions where people I have called have been unable to hear me speaking or informed me that they were hearing an echo on the other end of the phone which did not occur with previous phones. Overall I like the phone and its durability but it does have some glitches that need to be worked out.

Pros: the rubberized case is phenomenal. And it even has wireless charging.
Cons: My phone doesn't have stereo speakers contrary to the specs. The connectivity of Bluetooth is shoody and drops out every other minute or so. The finger print reader is hit or miss and the fact you have to depress the reader to lock the phone is an... Oversight.
Overall, would not recommend.

This phone is beautiful in so many ways and works great except that the phone feature stopped working. While making phone calls, no one could hear me and I had to disconnect Google using my microphone to get it working again.

I really liked how durable it was though. I dropped it twice already and it didn't effect the phone what so ever. The phones seriously awesome!
