Overall this phone performs well and has a quality camera image. The reason i rate this phone 4/5 is because it is too bulky which makes it impossible to type/use with one hand. Also I have only had the phone for a few weeks and the screen has already taken a significant scratch. I purchased this phone for its advertised durability and longevity. The major design flaw in this phone is the overall length which should be reduced by 1"-1.5" for ease of use, transport, and control.

Have this phone for 10 month and not be able to used a like and compare with my wife I phone and she enjoyed it and I have a piece of s--t. Nobody help you to solve the problems.

Durable Phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nokia is known for their durability and this phone fits right in! I accidentally dropped it on our concrete step the very first night I had it and I was so upset. However, after I picked it up and inspected it, I had to look a second time to see if I had missed something. I finally saw the tiniest little mark on the front bezel. Everything else on the phone was still perfect. Wow. That step has cracked at least three screens so I am one happy camper that this screen was still just like new. The XR20 is dust and waterproof (IP68). It's a pretty fast phone and has amazing battery life. The camera is really nice and focuses fast. The large screen has nice, vivid colors. The screen size is great for watching videos and yet the phone isn't super heavy. It's just sturdy enough to feel like you have a handle on it and won't drop it. Occasionally while on a call, the other party will sound a little staticky. That could be because of the areas I was calling from. However, when asked, the other party has always mentioned that I sound a little bit quieter than usual but very clear. It's great that this phone comes with the option to have 2 SIM cards. It also has 3 years of Android upgrades and 4 years of security upgrades. This is a very durable phone that would be good for many people, especially those in the trades industries where it may be exposed to more rugged conditions. I look forward to many years of using the Nokia XR20.

The phone does what it says -- solid, unbreakable, water resistant. Performs reasonably well, seems to glitch occasionally but so far not noticeably. Battery life is nothing amazing, but I've also (not yet) had to worry about the phone dying on me. I'm very happy with my purchase!
