Needs improvement!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this phone, but unfortunately, have had too many issues with it. I've actually already had to switch to another new phone. Even though it's an unlocked device, very few phone carriers even offer service for it, because of it being so new. Even some of the providers listed as compatible, are not. After switching from my then current carrier (that was listed as compatible for this device) and finally getting the phone activated, my next issue is why I had to get another new phone. No matter what troubleshooting I tried, phone calls would not work correctly! Whether I called someone or someone called me, I could hear the person on the other line, without any problems, but no one could hear me, at all (some people thought my phone was muted, because it was so silent.) After attempting to try every troubleshooting option given for two weeks, I finally switched to a new phone. The other issues I had with the phone, seem minor compared to calls not working properly, but another "deal breaker" for me was the horrible quality photos, the camera took! I take thousands and thousands of (great looking) pictures, but no matter what settings the camera was on, angle, lightning, background, etc was used, every single photo looked awful! The color (especially faces) was very off! Also the pics are almost blurry looking. I really expected a lot more out of this phone, but there was very few things I actually liked about it.
On the plus side, the phone is "built" tough and looks like it has a lightweight case built on/around it.

Very durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first thoughts about this phone is, " It's a great looking phone,. A little heavier than other phones that I've had but the durability is off the charts. The features on my camera and video mode are out of this world. The monthly security updates are great so you don't have to worry about hackers and the software updates that come with it keeps the Android 11 up to date. So far this phone works great. The apps that comes with it like Spotify so you can listen and download music and Express VPN to make sure you internet stays safe and secure. I have definitely recommended to anyone that has asked about it.

I hate that we've come to the point where iOS (Apple knows everything you do), pure Android (Google knows everything you do), and Samsung (they know everything you do) are the only options. It took me about a week to find all the ways to shut down Google monetizing my data. Some of that really affects the functionality of the phone, since the whole OS is really based on Google monetizing user data. Nokia is like the last bastian for high-end phones that aren't made by the one of the aforementioned since LG quit the smartphone market. I just wish they would work toward their own take on Android at least. I'm almost considering one of the stupid flip phones that uses a Firefox-based OS for my next phone. The problem is I really do use my apps.

Overall I am disappointed with this phone. The speaker phone option does not work properly, the performance is slow, and it drops more calls than my previous, much less expensive phone.

First time it fall from 1 feet high it got the phone damaged, music players app no as complete as Samsung phones, work profile google apps not working ( worked in a Samsung S8+)
