I used this last year and had the best turkey yet. I have been using a Treager for 15 years. On my second one because I up size to the Pro. Last year I use this product with the bourbon in the brine and spatchcock it to get a better smoke flavor. Now that's the way all of my family wants it. We had another one cooked in the oven and stuffed mainly for the stuffing. The Treager one was gone way before the other one.

This combo of Brine, rub and pellets cannot be beat. This produces the Best Thanksgiving Turkey ever! I will never cook it another way again. The family raves about how good it is. I do brine for close to 72hrs for the best results, a juicy flavorful turkey.
