Great bird needs a great pellet

Love this kit, makes some of the best turkey around. Have done this for the last 4 years and never a leftover around.
Was glad to see I could get just the brine kits so I purchased several last year. Just wish I could get the pellets when needed.

This kit is great, I didn't have any issues with the pellets running hot, in fact I set my traeger to 300 and it stayed at 300 for the entire cook. I combined this kit with a nice butter injection & it turned out *perfect* the turkey was completely gone by the end of the night.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time I’ve bought this product and it’s amazing. Just follow the instructions and you won’t be disappointed. I use a Traeger 575 Pro and first tried this at Thanksgiving. Both turkeys were about 17 pounds, it says to brine for 24 hours but I pulled it out a 22 without any issues.

Hands down one of the best tasting turkeys I have ever had. I used to inject and then deep fry the bird but this is the way to go.

Loved the results last year at Christmas. Smoked 3 turkeys and they were excellent each time. I was very sad and disappointed when we weren't able to get the pellets here in Saskatchewan, Canada this year in time for our Thanksgiving and my daughter's wedding.
