Spatchcock 28lb bird using Turkey pellets and Brine Kit Turkey came out moist and flavorful. Highly recommend the kit. Used butter under the skin, Traegar Orange bring / turkey rub then drizzled with a mixture of bourbon maple syrup. Best turkey ever 260 5.5 hours came out moist ready to carve
