Flavor of the pellets, brine and seasoning were good. However, anyone who smokes knows the amount of seasoning that was included is in no way close to being enough! It was more of what you would expect to get if you requested a sample. If you order, plan on using a different seasoning.

I got the pellets, but not the brine kit... this is the second shipment that I've received incomplete, with the first being the whiskey barrel pellets and whiskey dust rub I ordered in the summer. I received the pellets, but never got the rub.

Eric, Thanks for flagging this. Orders can ship in separate boxes from different warehouses, so pellets and accessories like brine kits or rubs sometimes arrive a day or two apart. Your confirmation email usually lists separate tracking numbers, worth a quick look to see if the brine kit is still in transit.
