Figured i would give this a try. Directions were easy to use. Used the brine kit the day before. Dried it off then coated it with butter. Added the seasoning. Put on smoker. Had almost a 20 lb turkey. 2 hours smoking then only took just over 2 hours to finish cooking. Let it rest, and amazing flavor and super moist. Need to make this blend year round.

The first time I followed the recipe and ingredients for cooking a turkey on my Traeger and it turned out perfect. Best thanksgiving turkey I have ever prepared!!!
