The brine and seasoning were very good, added a lot of flavor and made a very moist turkey. The turkey blend pellets really didn't seem to add much smoke or flavor but overall kit has what you need and is very good. Should have used the Apple or Cherry pellets though.

The turkey blend pellets and brine kit was grate the brine was easy I brine the turkey for 48 hours and the smoked it in the Traeger for 4 hours the turkey was the juiciest turkey I have ever had my family loved it can't wait to smoke the other one for Christmas

I have brined my Turkey for many years using Traegers Beer brine recipe. This year I seen they now offer Turkey Blend pellets which also included a rub and brine kit so I tried it. It was the best tasting Turkey ever.

I smoked 2 turkeys on Thanksgiving Day first time I used the Turkey pellets and they were outstanding everyone loved the taste / smoke and I know it wasn’t just the brine because I have used the brine for years so I have to say it had to be the combination of the Turkey pellets and Brine kit from now on
