The product was great. The brine kit was difficult to get to. It was at the bottom of the bag and we had to pour all the pellets out in order to get it. I suggest an easier packing method for the brine kit.

Brine was good. Not enough rub for 18 lb turkey but I improvised and just made my own. Pellets burnt slow and gave a nice flavor. I would use this again.
