I just got finished smoking my Thanksgiving turkey using this blend and kit. It went over with my whole family very well. It is a very smokey flavor, which can be overwhelming to some but we all really enjoyed it.

Turkey Blend Brine Kit A+

I bought my Traeger 575 Pro last summer (21) and cooked two turkeys on it before using this kit. Both turned out great, then I saw this Traeger product and knew I needed to try it. Well I followed the instructions to a “T” and it turned out amazing. We’re on day three and the meat is amazingly flavorful and not dried out. My only question for Traeger is, do you sell the brine kit and rub separately? I have enough pellets for at least another turkey at Christmas but I’d rather not buy another whole bags.

I bought this for the Thanksgiving dinner of 2022. Everyone skipped the ham and said the turkey was the best they ever had. I now have the obligation to cook the bird for next year.
