I used this product for Thanksgiving for the first time. I've never brined a turkey before, but the flavors from the pellets, brine and rub! I've never had a turkey this juicy with this much flavor! 100% recommend! Never using anything else for a turkey!

Pellets Burn HOT!!!!

Beware, these pellets burn hot. I had a hopper with a little hickory left over so I started the smoker with those and added the Turkey pellets on top. As soon as the Turkey pellets hit the temp spiked to over 500°!!! I could never get control of my smoker after the Turkey pellets hit. Pretty much ruined my Turkey.
