great Turkey but...

I bought this Turkey pellet and brine kit but found the brine kit was missing the seasoning packet. Saved the day using Weber's Kickin' Chicken seasoning on the Turkey and had the best Thanksgiving turkey ever.

I bought this Turkey and brine kit for the first time last year and smoked the best tasting bird ever, rave reviews all around! I added a quality bourbon to the brine after it cooled and aromatics to the cavity like orange and cinnamon sticks. If you don’t do this already; loosen the skin, detaching it gently from the meat, especially around the breast, stick some slabs of butter under there for good measure- before smoking.
