Best Turkey I've Had In My Entire Life

In 1980 I met and married my wife while living in Seoul, Korea. Since Thanksgiving turkey was not in her menu, cooking Thanksgiving Dinner has always been my job. I'm seventy-six and the Spatchcocked Turkey I cooked with the Traeger Turkey Pellets and Brine Kit was the nest turkey we've ever had. Our adult kids demand I cook it this way, every year, from now on. Heck, it was the best turkey I've had in my life (sorry Grandma - yours was great, but this is better!)

Not bad but not exceptional

Bought this pellet and brine kit for turkey I thought was quite a bit of work turkey wasn’t bad it was moist but would go back to pork and poultry seasoning injected with Creo butter not bad but not exceptional good as pork in poultry seasoning with creole butter injection.
