Great unit. I have a large elevated back deck and shoveling snow was a major chore. The Snow Joe makes short work of what was a back breaking job. Have already used it five times this year and it has paid for itself already. Highly recommend.

Received this shovel in record time, ordered on a Sunday and delivered in about 3 days. Very easy assembly. I will leave another rating/somment when I have the opportunity to actually use this little gem. If this little shovel is as good as the snow joe 618E snow thrower then I will be very please.

Needs a SNAP ON BLADE Cover!

I ordered the 323E Snow Joe Plus 13-Inch 10-Amp Electric Snow Shovel – 323E INSTEAD I received 324E Snow Joe Plus 11-Inch 10-Amp Electric Snow Shovel – with Light I'd rather have the additional 2 inces instead of a light. It works great throwing the snow far away from the bushes and trees below my deck. This is a real back saver, I should have purchased this years ago. HERE'S A THOUGHT: Create a snap on blade cover to protect the blade. Instead I'll have to replace the whoe blade.
Pros: Compact, Powerful
Cons: No Blade Cover

My first time to use and we had 2.5 to 3" of snow. like any snow blower it is a little noisy but moved the snow with no problem. Since I am 80+ it is a lot easier and less strenuous to use than a shovel. While it moves over the surface without too much effort I would like wheels in the back.
