An Amazing Piece Of Equipment

The Snow joe 324E is an amazing piece of equipment. The 10 amp motor has power to spare. Their write up says that it will handle six inches of snow. Don't believe it! They are being extremely conservative. I just cleared twelve inches of really nasty stuff. It was snow mixed with sleet. I cleared a little of my drive way with a regular shovel and had to cut the snow into chunks. I did my back porch with the Snow Joe. I had to really push hard, but the Snow Joe really ate it up. My only issue is that this unit will only push the snow straight ahead. It would be nice to have more control over where the snow goes, but of course that would add weight and complexity. All in all a really great product and definitely worth the price.

I really enjoyed using this snow blower and made short work of the snow that I had on the side walk untill it stopped working, used it for about 15 minutes and then stopped. tried another extention cord and a different outlet to make sure it wasnt something that I did on my end. other wise I could really see this being a five star rating if it lasted longer say for the season.

Very disappointed 13 inch Electric Snow Joe Shovel

I used my brand new Snow Joe for 10 minutes and the blades stop turning. I called Snow Joe and waited over an hour to get through to find out it is out of stock now so I can not get my replacement. The 2 year warranty is great but I need it this winter.... I have to say for the 10 minutes it worked, it did a great job. So disappointment in this product. Customer Service is great! They tried resolve my issue....

Don't know what happened!

To put together the handle was a hard, it didn't want to tie firmly, and after I charged the battery overnight, worked fire a few seconds and stopped working! We had a couple of inches wet snow storm. Could there wet snow be a reason why it didn't work? Today we'll having another snow storm, let's see what happen tomorrow.???

I only used the shovel couple of times before the snow season ended here in Toronto. It worked extremely well in blowing off the heavy snow off my drive way on to the lawn. It saved me time and helped me protect my weak shoulders.

Just bought (my sister loves hers and it gave it excellent commentary)this last week after our last snow storm FED UP W/SHOVELING Our Big deck ( with all the snow we got this year we have snow walls all around the deck) (the driveway is w/a snow removal cie) We had 4 and 3 foot drifts on the deck and did not shovel right away...so the snow was quite compacted..But we broke it down & Put JOE to work Small linear strips at a time(doing half the shovel size) & IT WORKS VERY WELL INDEED !!! BETTER this than lifting & chucking heavy wetish snow! (Which is not good for the back)

Quite pleased with its performance.... (maybe somehow put 2 wheels --would be great though... (64 year (old)young woman here 8))..!
So next year as soon as it starts snowing JOE is going to start performing !
