No replacement parts. Breaks down easily.

I bought this two season ago and the warranty just expired two weeks ago. Guess what? The Pulley wheel that drives the blades broke. This plastic piece is the most common piece to break on these snow blowers. Guess what? They don't make a replacement part for this model anymore.
Just know, if you buy this it will break down after a year or so and that's the end. Buy another snow blower.

Winter is a LOT Easier Now!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in the snowbelt and very rural. We have several acres of land, a LONG driveway, and several brick walkways my husband put in when we built our home.
My husband usually does the driveway with his tractor, but I can't use it, because it's just too hard for me to handle. I usually do the walkways with a shovel, while he is doing the driveway. The Snow Joe Electric Snow Thrower has really made my job easier!! It works so well, especially when turning the curves on our brick walkways. It is so easy to handle and light to maneuver. The chute crank makes it so easy to aim snow where you want it to go. We love that it's electric; no maintenance. No crank; all you do is push a button and it's on! Assembly was easy, no tools needed, and it took my husband 10 minutes. Storage should be easy, because it doesn't take up much room, and the handle comes down. Thanks to Snow Joe, I am not using that shovel anymore!

I ordered this snow blower on Jan 17, 2022. As of today, Feb 3, I have not been able to use it. Parts missing in the box. So sorry I ever ordered this online.

Electric Snowblower to be proud off

Assembly of the snow thrower was a breeze and fairly simple
I would say it weighs about 20-30lbs so make sure you keep on ground level.
As far as power goes, I was a bit surprised at what it could it, after a few tripped fuses i found an outlet and power cord that worked well with it to run smoothly.
The snow i used with this item was only about 5 inches, but it worked efficiently

It actually clears even heavy wet snow with ease, very easy for even elderly. Love it! Saves on gas and efficient

Bang for buck

After getting Doctors orders not to shovel anymore, and upon seeing 3rd LA Nina year in a row, I bought this unit after seeing YouTube summaries by other users. For me, this unit is as advertised - lightweight, powerful, and easy for me to assemble to use. In fact a good friend regrets not getting one when I did.

Having tried the 626E, I miss my 623E

I have two SJ snowblowers. One for each deck. Both snowblowers were 623E until one of them broke. The power cord to the handle broke. I got this 626E as a replacement. Customer support said the 626E has some improvements over the 623E, which is out of stock. Well, I just tried the new 626. Compared to the 623E, this 626E sucks. The handle is flimsy and will likely bend or break after a few sessions - I need to really lean into the snowblower to get it into the snow. The 626 is really wide compared to the 623, so it gets bogged down a easier - there is more snow to blow for a weaker motor (14.5A vs 15A). I'll give it two stars: one of each wheel (much bigger than the 623's wheels), or maybe one for the wheels a one for the handle on the main body. And it doesn't have a light, which was great with the 623. I should NOT have accepted the 626 as a replacement for the 623. One positive thing is the great customer support. Hopefully this will break before the original warranty runs out.

Love my Snow Joe snowblower!!

Bought this over 5 years ago when all the kids were in college and I wouldn't be able to shove our large driveway. Works great we do the driveway, walkways and since it is light enough we do our deck and patio so the dogs can get out. We use mainly when we get 3" to 9" of snow. If we get more we just need to go out there more often. For the price you can't beat it.
