[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly impressed with the quality, durability and functionality of this Snow Thrower. From start to finish this was super easy to set up and go; taking about 20 minutes. I really like how lightweight this machine is making it really easy for me to maneuver in my driveway. I love how much it clears the snow off the driveway leaving nothing behind. I honestly cannot imagine going back to a gas snow thrower as this one works so much better. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a lightweight, durable and easy to use snow thrower as you will not be disappointed by this one.

No replacement parts

I bought this unit just 1 season ago. The drive belt broke this season. Snow joe does not have the belt, not does any hardware store in Canada. Thus rendering the product useless. Hence, do remember that in case you buy the product and anything happens so you are on your own without any help or support from Snow Joe. Do not buy.

No Replacement parts for Plastic

Warranty expired 2 weeks ago and now the pulley is broken. No replacement parts are available for this plastic piece that breaks most often. Very unhappy.

Surprisingly Powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've always used a gas-powered snowblower to tackle our tough Wisconsin snowfalls. I've heard of electric models but was skeptical about whether or not one would be powerful enough for us. I've been pleasantly surprised by the performance of this unit. We had a few inches of snow over the weekend, and the Snow Joe handled it with ease. It's much easy to start, easy to steer and runs much quieter than a gas model. The only issue is the cord ... that will take some getting used to, as I've never been tethered when plowing snow before. But overall the positives outweigh any negative.

Fantastic Product

Was able to remove 2-3 inches of snow like a champ for a 100 foot driveway with ease. I have never had a snow thrower before, so had to learn to adjust for wind and with neighbors nearby I didn't want to blow snow on what they had done, so what took about 30 minutes, probably would only take 15 minutes if I was a veteran. It is so easy to use, change the direction for shot and it's not heavy at all, easy to push and maneuver. I'm so very pleased with this product, I won't go back to a shovel again. Thinking about trying this on my my rather large deck too.

I had my husband put it together and the only problem we ran into is putting on the wire fasteners the didn't work well so we used tie straps to hold the cord in place. We used it after the snowstorm and it worked like it said it should.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow just wow I'm very impressed by this Snow Joe electric snow thrower I've never owned a snow thrower I've always just used a standard snow shovel but this Is definitely worth investing in especially if you live where there is a ton of snow when the snow is heavy it's extremely hard to shovel and if you have a bad back like I do lifting that snow is painful. but the Snow Joe is probably the thing I've ever received it cleaned the snow up so well I'm truly impressed by how clean our driveway and walkway came out it didn't take much time at all to set up it assembled very easily and cleared the snow with ease took maybe 15-20 minutes to clear all of the snow. my only suggestion is not with the product itself but the packaging it was not very secure it was just placed in the box with plastic wrap no foam bumpers or anything so that may be a issue in the long run because the item can easily be damaged during transit other then that this product is freaking amazing and I highly recommend it I give 10/10 you won't regret it ♥️♥️♥️.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This snow thrower is amazing! I will never go back to using gas. It was so easy to turn on, by a press of a button. It is super light weight and easy to push. We have used it in a couple of snow falls now and it has been flawless. It leaves a very light dusting underneath and blows away 99% of the snow. I’ve used it on our driveway and our deck. The chute is also adjustable so you can pivot it to exactly where you want the snow to go. I was nervous about having to haul around a cord but once you get used to it you’re golden! The first time we used it our neighbor was already out trying to get their gas snow thrower to fire up. We did our driveway and sidewalks and he still had not started yet. I can say he was quite jealous. I can’t wait to try it out in deeper snow to see how well it performs.
