Super Convenience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Five stars for convenience alone! The Snow Joe Electric Snow Thrower has been great so far. As first time home owners, the idea of getting a massive, heavy snow blower that runs off gasoline was a bit intimidating. Finding this ELECTRIC snowblower, that is super light and half the cost of others on the market was a no brainer. We don’t have a garage so we need to keep this snow thrower in the basement. It is light enough to easily carry up and down the basement stairs and we don’t have to worry about the dangers that come along with gasoline. Immensely convenient. We have a pretty modest sized driveway, (one car length wide and three car lengths long). This snow thrower was perfect for us and our driveway. You get used to using the cord, and once you know how to handle it, it really isn’t an issue.

No spare parts

The blower worked ok for a season and and then the belt broke. They don't have the replacement online. Nor the tech support can provide you with any help. So, the the blower is pretty much garbage now. Not worth it spending money if you cannot get the replacement parts.

NO REPLACEMENT PARTS AVAILABLE FOR THIS MODEL

I have used this model just 3 times. A pulley has broken and I couldn't get it. Any plastic part of this model can be broken very easy and it is impossible to get it to replace.

Easy to Use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This electric snow thrower is so easy to use! And it's light. Weighing around 37lbs makes it easy to move through the driveway too. And boy does it throw some snow! We got a small dusting this weekend, about 2 inches, so I used the thrower to clear the driveway. It started right up, cleared the snow, and when I was done my arms did not hurt from trying to control an oversized, overweight gas snowblower. This electric one made it so much easier! The cord did take some getting used to but once I did it just became second nature. Great snow thrower.

waste of money

the belt needs to be replaced after 1 year of working. however, it is impossible to find a belt replacement for this model 626E

Under powered, flimsy, and folks don't hit anything with the auger. It's made of way too light of metal. It will bend and break. That was fast I just bought it and started using it too. Warranty is a sno joke

I fought the snow and the Snow Joe won.

Bought this last year but not enough snow to use it. We got 11 inches of heavy wet snow last time and it was showtime. The Snow Jow did the job. I will say that 11" is probably the deepest snow this unit can handle. It took several passes, it wasn't taking the entire amount in one gulp. Some issues with the chute clogging but the snow was nasty. However, if I had had to shovel, I'd still be out there for several days. I'm pleased with the performance. I will tell the company, however, that the handle is pretty flimsy, the engineering design is weak.

Walk behind electric snow blower

I own your snow shovel and have used it for 5 winters and have been very pleased with it for cleaning snow from my 12x20 deck, but I am now a 70 year old woman so I just purchased the walk behind snow blower thinking it would be easier and loved the idea of the directional snow shut. The shoot is supposed to lock in place but every time you use it the shut comes loose if not for the one screw holding it the shut would go flying off!. I can’t believe snow Joe would put out such a poor design!
