Good Little Snowblower.

I bought this bundle plus an extra set of batteries before last season and was pleased with it's performance last season as well as the start of this one. I had bought an extra set of batteries because I do 3-4" of depth at a time so for heavier snowfalls, I always have a fully charged set of batteries ready to go. My driveway is large enough I get only one full swipe at the snow out of a set of batteries.
I like that it's quiet and there's no engine maintenance or fuel/oil to play with. Snap in the batteries and get to work.
At first, there seemed to be a propensity to clog with heavier, wet snow but I solved that by applying liquid car wax with an old rag to the inside of the chute and the top part of the auger housing. If I do that every 4-5 uses, it doesn't clog and throws the snow a little bit further.
I bought this after being pleased with their other products. Both my wife and I have a Sun Joe 24V-AJC-BDL tire inflator. Later on I bought what I thought would be a cheesy sprayer (24V-PP350-LTE-P1) to wash off air conditioning condensers and I was pleased with that too. I use the latter every day in the warmer months as part of my job.
I am satisfied with the snowblower, just needed to apply wax to the chute and auger housing for consistent, top performance.

Certainly not thrilled with this one. The handle with the side safety forces you to try to guide it with one hand versus a bar safety that lets you push with both hands. Also this one sucks the batteries quickly so you have to stop and recharge them halfway through the job (and I have a short driveway). I've certainly used better models than this one.

Certainly not thrilled with this one. The handle with the side safety forces you to try to guide it with one hand versus a bar safety that lets you push with both hands. Also, it worked well enough the first time out but the second day it ran for about 10 minutes and died. I've had better from this company at a lower price. Thoroughly disappointed with this purchase.

i purchased this blower in December 2021 and it was a great purchase. I havent used it much until this year when we had two storms back to back and in the middle of the second cleanup the blower stopped and will not start again. Very disappointed. Will not purchase again.
Of course the warranty was up 2 months ago.

It literally worked for 3 minutes and quit. No the batteries don't need to be charged. They are both fully charged

Used once. Now it will not start. Think it is electrical inside the lever box. No connection? How do I contact support?

Works better than I expected- I am only able to use one arm due to a stroke a decade ago, but I am able to use this machine one-handed! I can't use a shovel, so this machine is very useful to make a nice path and clear around my truck so I have better access. Batteries recharge quickly and last long enough to get a lot of snow cleared. Highly Recommend.
