Heck of a build

Got this set for our 14 year old who is a Lego and Star Wars nut. He whipped through it in a few days over Christmas break, but said it has been his favorite UCS build yet. He loved the technical build challenge and mini figs. Rated it pretty close to favorite with full Hogwarts build.

Challenging

I was asking for Lego to make this set for a long time, I purchased it the first hour it was available. I didn't start building until after Christmas, the set is ingenious in design and extremely well designed I really enjoyed working on it. This is the first time I have ever been missing a piece in a lego set, I've always found if one was missing it was a mistake I made. However this set was missing 3 pieces that were just mis picked completely. Of course Lego handled it quickly and easily. The only other knock I have against it is there is room for 4 speeder bikes, it says 4 speeder bikes on the display plate and it only comes with 2. Definitely not a deal breaker but a head scratcher for sure. In the end I highly recommend this set!

This is most likely my favorite lego set ever, the attention to detail is immaculate, and the only bad reviews of this set are that there are missing pieces, out of almost 700 thousand pieces, this is not so bad. I am definitely considering buying multiple it is so good

Let me just start out by saying this is by far the best UCS set LEGO has produced and I own most of the previous ones. Definitely my all time favorite. Yes it’s a little on the pricey side but that is no problem for me because it’s well detailed. I would have no problem purchasing another one. It is shown a lot of hard work went into designing this. Keep up the good work Lego and let’s get some more like these.

Awesome set with some areas to improve

This is one of the best Lego Star Wars sets ever. The attention to accuracy is excellent. The build takes a lot of time, but that’s part of the appeal. The tough part of the design was making the finished model sturdy overall, and the designers did an excellent job. Unfortunately, several non-structural elements like the side cannons fall off too easily. Additionally, Lego makes the Speed Champions sets smooth with tiles, and a set of this level should have fewer studs showing. Overall, though, an excellent set.

This is my first Lego Star Wars UCS set that I’ve built and I definitely got to say it was a enjoyable experience and when completed this UCS AT-AT is truly something to look at, look forward to building more Lego Star Wars UCS set!
