Lego Themselves ruined an amazing set.

This is one of the best lego Star Wars sets ever! Great detail and great display set! The minifigures are okay I guess, but I don’t know why lego asked then ignored the fans. It was obvious that we wanted a phase 2 Cody and a 2021 version of Jedi bob, but whatever. The reason that this is 1 Star instead of 4 or 5 is because of what the lego designers said and what they messed up. I mean come on, how can you mess up the logo on a UCS set?!?! How did that get past the review phase! And Legos designers are so rude! It’s so messed up how they literally insulted legos biggest fans!!! We know the difference between a clone with yellow markings between a pilot! And the people buying this set are adults not children we can tell. I expect an apology to all the lego Star Wars fans! That’s just insulting and awful. But besides the minifigs ,the rude designers, and the messed up logo. It’s actually an amazing set and a great display set. If you can get over those flaws, I recommend it.

Awesome set, but....

This was my first UCS set that I have had the pleasure to build. The pictures do not do this set justice at all. It is massive. I enjoyed the overall quality and detail to this build. I only have one rather large complaint though... the lack of printed pieces. There are none except for the windshields. For the price tag I would expect next to none. There are 32 stickers. The only sticker that should be in this set is the display plaque. I have had cheaper sets that have no stickers, Saturn V comes to mind. Overall great build and I don't think the stickers should be a deterant when purchasing but I think for some it could be. This set would have been 5/5 for me if it were not for the stickers.

After a much anticipated fan vote fans got what they wanted: a UCS LAAT! Despite the great build the neglected mini figure vote remain a stain on this sets legacy.

Underwhelming for a UCS Set

I understand that the creators wanted the gunship variant for the design but the community clearly had asked for a dropship, seeing as it is the most common variant of this ship in the media by far. So the lack of Clone Trooper mini-figures, especially even the incorrectly printed single Clone Trooper you get in the set is unacceptable. However, the worst part of the set for me is the overall build quality. The sliding door panels are of horrible design and strength. The extending gunner seats are flimsy and break apart at the slightest touch. The clear hatches for the driver and gunner seats quite literally break apart under stress when you try to access them to place a mini-figure iinside. The face of the ship has visible panel gaps from a lack of attention to detail. The build of the driver seats slowly sink into the frame over time and can barely fit the pilot. Etc. Etc. I have purchased over 8 UCS sets in my lifetime and proudly display them in my hobby room but this was definitely the worst one for it's price point. This will clearly make me think twice about purchasing future UCS sets instead of purchasing them without hesitation. Please DO NOT buy this set; at this price point, you are better off purchasing an older Gunship set with a whole lot more features and better build quality. Very disappointed in this set LEGO, especially right off the heels of the amazing Millennium Falcon USC set. I would give this set a 0/5 rating if I could.

Lego! You need to do something with the minifig the one that came with it isn’t the actual character from the movie… very disappointed that we can’t get exact minifigs but overall the build is great it’s a very big build a lot bigger then I expected

Good for experienced collector's

It is hard and easy at the same time. If you are looking for a play set do not buy this set. My only problem is the back as it is all brick built and super fragile but the rest of the build is fun and easy.

Box was completely crushed!

When the item arrived, I was extremely disappointed ☹️ as the box was completely crushed and damaged. As a life long LEGO collector, this is completely unacceptable! The set itself is just ok. You’d get more value / play time purchasing set 75021. LEGO needs to move on and make better exclusive sets, like the hammerhead corvette in Rouge One.
