[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the fridge for a couple of weeks and like it so far. Roomy fridge. Love the water dispenser in the inside door, easy to fill up my Stanley cup or tumbler. I wish the freezer had more space - I lost at least half of the space that I had in my previous freezer (side by side 2-door fridge and freezer).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We prefer the clean look that is achieved with an interior water dispenser and ice maker in the freezer section, so this model fit our needs from an aesthetic perspective. It's quiet, dispenses water very fast, and has a ton of controls on the inside edge of the left door.
For the cons:
I've owned several counter-depth French door refrigerators over the years and this freezer section is a bit smaller than the others.
The water dispenser started dripping after 6 months of ownership. Not constantly, but 10 to 15 drips after dispensing water. Electrolux replaced the water line that runs from the dispenser to the valve in the back and that improved operation for a couple of weeks but the drip has returned. Thankfully, there is a plastic shelf below the dispenser that serves as a bucket.
The freezer section developed a consistent buildup of ice on the door in one corner near the ice maker. It also would not do a great job of keeping ice frozen unless the lowest possible freezer setting was used. Electrolux repaired this issue - turned out that the freezer door wasn't aligned from the factory very well and the seal was a bit pinched in one corner. The freezer section now works great.

This is marketed as fingerprint resistant stainless steel, which is true of the main panels. However, the brushed area of the handles aren't nearly as fingerprint resistant and then that high shine stainless strip on the handles is an absolute fingerprint magnet. Really not well thought out - why place a fingerprint magnet design element on the most frequently touched part of an appliance marketed as fingerprint resistant?

Seems nice but came broken

The fridge looks great and it's exciting having water and ice, but since it came two weeks ago it's been destroying all our groceries by freezing them. Took a few days to get a tech out and now taking a few days to get a part in. Suddenly it's two weeks where you're asking yourself if it's worth buying groceries or better to scrape by on day goods for a few more days and hope it works out. What a disappointment.

Did not need an ice maker or H2O option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really like this fridge. I wish it came with a better manual. I don’t use the water or ice cube maker. I would like for this to completely shut off - now it just comes on to try and fill the ice maker. It’s pretty noisy then. Other than that, it’s a real nice unit.
