Great fridge except a sound?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not hooking up the water to this fridge and have turned off the setting for the water I think.? But at times I hear the clattering sound as described in booklet. Not sure how to stop.

. The right size storage space for my family

The lighting allows you to see everything easily in the upper half except bottom drawer which has temperature control. The only downside is refrigerator running a lot not sure why. But it states in the manual that is normal.
