So glad we went with the icemaker in the freezer instead of taking up space in one door. impressed with the ease of water and air filter access. product performs perfectly so far. instructions were clear and setting up the refrigerator is simple.

Disappointing replacement for previous Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After being happy for 13 years w/prior Frigidaire, we bought replacement expecting similar features and quality. Disappointed in changes, specifically: Plastic milk jug doesn't fit on shelf, even with upper on highest level and lower on lowest level...frustrating that it is only lacking about a half inch - surely the designers should have realized...you can retract the half shelf to fit, but then you store high things in front of low, not to mention knocking things off half shelf when you forget it isn't there on one side, so have to store milk and juices on right-side door (inconvenient if prefer to keep colder on shelf, OR if right handed and lift the milk with right hand); The interior "cold water dispenser" is only a "water dispenser"...what is point of having water run through fridge if it isn't chilled? Thought something wrong with installation as prior model's interior water dispenser provided refreshing CHILLED water, but yup, checked the booklet and it clearly states water is NOT chilled...instructs user to place ice in glass for cool beverage...that is ridiculous.; The temperature display shows what fridge and freezer are set to, NOT what actual interior temp is - not helpful (old one showed both) so purchased a gauge and put it on shelf, old school; Ice Maker has an on/off button but apparently no sensor to automatically stop ice production - prior design with wire bar was simple and effective and we didn't have to think about monitoring ice volume...this makes no sense at all! ; The freezer design with horizontal bar that gets in the way makes no sense as others have mentioned. I miss the narrow drawer that prior model had as that helped organize smaller frozen items - now they get lost in the deeper bins, requiring much more digging around. Overall, I miss the functionality and more practical design of the prior model. I really liked my prior Frigidaire's reliability and functionality. With new purchase, wish I'd realized the loss of cold water and shelf spacing in particular, as that would have steered me to another brand.

Excellent Product

The multiple zones keep different foods at the perfect temperatures. We love the meat drawer! The water service placed inside the fridge streamlines the front facade for a professional look. We are very pleased!

Broken from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the start, the refrigerator section froze everything. We probably lost $50 to $75 worth of food that was frozen - drinks, fruit, eggs, etc.
Once that was fixed it took another 24 hours to find out water was leaking into the bottom of the fridge. The 2nd service call resulted in the technician leaving saying he needed to order parts.
We have had the refrigerator for 4 weeks and I can't say it's been completely problem free for 24 hours yet. Its disappointing because we were upgrading a Frigidaire that we owned for 2

Great Size for our 4-Person Family

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy overall with the refrigerator. It is a large enough for our four-person family. I love the chiller drawers for fruit and veggies. Plenty of room for everything. My only complaint is the door gasket on the freezer was not sealed correctly when we received the unit. A tech came out and fixed it same week.

love the french doors but…
