Inpect what you exoect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our replacement refrigerator is running good and 8snt severely damaged like the first one.We are longtime fridgidaire buyers and have had major issues with other fridgidaire units in the past and the only reason we purchased a new unit this time is because the old one had a bad design flaw that caused ice and rust to form on back of housing.I honestly believe we should have deserved much more compensation from Fridgidaire than was offered but we took the hit and gambled on a new one again.Time will tell if we are totally satisfied this time around.

Arrived with a broken ice maker

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose this refrigerator specifically because I was hoping it would be reliable (less frills = less things to break). Unfortunately, it arrived with an inoperable ice maker. It leaks water when trying to initiate the ice-making process, and we verified with the install team that it is an issue internal to the unit. It is super inconvenient that the dealer I purchased it through couldn’t do anything to assist and I immediately had to open a service request. I can’t believe that a brand new large/expensive appliance would arrive broken and that they aren’t tested prior to leaving the factory. I’m very disappointed in the initial quality and would be hesitant to purchase Frigidaire in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like my refrigerator so much that I’m telling my friends. The icemaker is great. I’ve never had so much ice. It fits perfect for the counter space and somehow there is lots of space inside. Frigidaire has done a great job with this refrigerator.
