[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the size and layout of this refrigerator. The in drawer produce keeper packets were a pleasant surprise. The water from the dispenser is much colder than from our old refrigerator. We knew the freezer would be smaller, but didn’t realize how much smaller - something that’s hard to predict in the store. We are still adjusting to using a freezer drawer. It’s a challenge figuring out how to store items and still be able to see them. Overall, we are very happy with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first refrigerator had many problems during the first 6 months. Frigidaire replaced it with a new one. I’ve had my new refrigerator for 2 months and it works perfectly. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is, the delivery men did not secure the legs on the bottom which made the refrigerator move every time I opened the freezer door. By the way, the delivery men were super nice - I think they just forgot to adjust/tighten the legs.

My new French door refrigerator allows me to see everything at I level all at once. The bottom freezer is a wonderful feature, allowing me to its heavy items and see everything available. I purchased the entire suite of Frigidaire appliances. my first suite of appliances lasted 12 years, so I feel confident and loyal to Frigidaire

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer compartment accumulates frost on the inside top and the back. Water droplets are constant on the inside door and gaskets. Temp is at factory settings. I have called for service.

Broken from the start

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From the start, the refrigerator section froze everything. We probably lost $50 to $75 worth of food that was frozen - drinks, fruit, eggs, etc.
Once that was fixed it took another 24 hours to find out water was leaking into the bottom of the fridge. The 2nd service call resulted in the technician leaving saying he needed to order parts.
We have had the refrigerator for 4 weeks and I can't say it's been completely problem free for 24 hours yet. Its disappointing because we were upgrading a Frigidaire that we owned for 2
