[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our refrigerator is about three months old and a repairman is scheduled to come out today. Our water dispenser drips whenever we get any water. It is not just a few drops but enough to leave a puddle. The system is so complex he has to replace the entire door. Also, the items in our freezer seem to frost over which has never happened to any previous freezer. We found out this model has had a problem with leaking in the back. With all this going on, we purchased an additional four-year insurance plan.

Love the Style and "Look"

Unfortunately, the damper controlling the temperature in the upper refrigerator is faulty and everything was freezing. Replacement part is on order. I'm a bit disappointed that we have an issue right out of the gate, but confident it will be resolved and we will not encounter additional problems.

Very happy with our new fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with our new fridge. Plenty of room in the refrigerated section, and the set up is very intelligent. Like the water dispenser on the inside, rather than on the outside, where it got messy and cubes would shoot out onto the floor with our previous fridge. No more, nice cubes are collected in a bin and this is much better. Could use a little bit more freezer space but not that big a deal since we have a freezer out in our garage as a back up. We are in the fridge section a lot more than the freezer section.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had a 33 year old side by side refrigerator/freezer that finally died. This has 3 more cubic feet of space in the same 36” which we really like and the freezer can handle wider objects than the old one.
